Returns:

If you wish to return any item for a refund the item must be in the exsact same condition as you received it in. Totally unused. Or the refund will become invalid.

You must contact us within 8 working days of the received item. If not contacted within those 8 days a full refund will not be granted. We can only issue you an exchange or store credit.

Faulty goods:

If we cannot issue the imediate faulty items with an exchange or upgrade we will refund you.

Goods that have been used then became faulty must be inspected before an exchange can be given. In some cases the item will have tobe redeemed faulty at the manufacture.

In most case's we can see the item has'nt been miss used and a replacement can be issued.

In no case can we refund/replace used faulty goods intill the manufacture says its a genuine fault and no fault to the user.
